that we say we will. If you do not feel as though we came through on our promise, 
simply send an email to support@kenziemosher.com and we would be happy to 
refund your purchase or discontinue your monthly membership.

CANCELATION OF MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

If you choose to discontinue your membership with KenzieMosher.com, 
please send an email to support@kenziemosher.com
All cancelations must be completed 5 days prior to your scheduled monthly payment. 
Monthly Membership payments are non-refundable once they are received at our office.

POLICY

KenzieMosher.com can only accept returns of products or services purchased directly from our website and in accordance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all required information and/or product(s).

For all apparel returns/exchanges, the original packing slip is required to be considered for reimbursement. In the event that you are returning a product, you are solely responsible for shipping and tracking associated with the return of that product. We encourage you to purchase tracking information for your own insurance. We do not process returns on products that have not been received by our warehouse. Please note that we may not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.

>> 1. To be considered for a refund or exchange, the return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the original form of payment. Some restrictions apply. 
 
>> 2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping associated with returning the item.

>> 3. eBooks, downloads, custom meal plans and custom training plans are non-refundable
Once payment is processed, these digital products are yours forever. 

Payments made for access to our membership program + app are also non-refundable once payment is processed.

>> 4. All event ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for any event may not be 
returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund, unless specifically stated.

>> 5. Apparel purchased directly from KenzieMosher.com may be exchanged or returned for store credit. 
The apparel item(s) must be deemed unworn, unwashed and all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s).

>> 6. All supplement exchanges or returns must be handled through the corporate office of supplement company. 

>> 7. Other Items - All other items must be unopened and unused to be considered for a refund.
