I've tried everything else... Will this work for ME? 
It has worked for me and it's worked for hundreds of other women, so YES! It will work for you. It will work, if you do.
Are the meal plans for only one person? Will I have to prepare multiple meals for my family?
All of the meal plans are set up for one person, but they are simple to double, triple or quadruple if you are preparing meals for your family. All of the food in our plans are family-friendly. I have two kids myself!
Will this program help with my cravings? 
The only reason you have cravings is because your body isn't getting all the nutrition it needs...! Once you start following my program, your cravings will start to disappear. 
 Do I need to have a gym membership? 
You have a few options here... Get yourself a gym membership, get yourself some at-home equipment OR there are a ton of workouts that can be done at home that will totally kick your butt! Truthfully, though, losing weight is 80% your nutrition. 20% workouts.
Will I be hungry all of the time? 
No way! You will get to eat and you'll get to eat GOOD food. We're not talking about salads everyday. To keep your metabolism burning, I recommend eating 4-6 smaller meals per day so all of our plans have three meals and snacks. 
 What if I am Gluten-Free/Lactose Free/Vegan/Vegetarian?
No problem. If you have special diet requirements or preferences, we can help you! 
 Are the nutrition plans safe for me if I have a health condition or I'm pregnant/breastfeeding? 
For sure! None of our nutrition plans call for caffeine or additional supplements. Everything is 100% safe for anyone. You should always consult your physician before starting any new programs if you're worried.
 Do I have to buy a bunch of supplements after I get your program?
No. Supplements are not required. 100% optional. :) 
 I'm already following a different meal plan/training plan, can I just supplement or use the part of your program I need?
Yes! I bring all aspects of a fit and healthy lifestyle to one place and while I recommend using all of the resources and tools that I give you, it's ultimately up to you which ones you use. 
My goals might be different than somebody else, how do I know your plan will work for me? 
All aspects of my program are designed to get you results! Whether you wan't to lose weight, tighten up, build lean muscle or just live a healthier lifestyle, the basics are all the same... Nutrition, Sleep, Hydration, Exercise and Stress Management. Stay consistent on my program, don't give up and you'll get the exact results you're hoping for.
I don't need to lose weight. I just want to "tone up." Is this right for me?
All aspects of my program are designed to get you results! Whether you wan't to lose weight, tighten up, build lean muscle or just live a healthier lifestyle, the basics are all the same... 
How do I cancel if I no longer want my membership?
All you have to do is send an email to kenzie@kenziemosher.com and I will take care of it. No questions asked.
