I won’t bore you with my full backstory [though it includes dance studios, CrossFit gyms, breast implantS, personal loss, burnout and raising a busy family while running multiple businesses at once].

Finally, I slowed down and made space for ME — for once. I created boundaries, let go of what no longer served me and started taking care of myself in a completely different way.

I went back to school to dive deep into functional health — to heal myself first and to also help my clients do the same.

Through advanced lab testing, I uncovered what traditional medicine kept missing.


And now… my energy is back, my digestion is better than it’s been in two decades, my hormones are finally balanced and I’ve lost 20 pounds — but more importantly, I feel like myself again.

And now, I help other women do the same - uncover what’s really going on in their bodies, take back control of their health and finally feel like themselves again.
For years, I did all the things — eating clean, working out consistently, getting enough sleep, taking all the supplements — and still felt completely off.
