A: The best part about our Summer Slim Down Challenge is its flexibility—you can start anytime that works for you! This self-guided challenge is designed to fit into your schedule, allowing you to begin your transformation journey whenever you're ready.
Q: What do I need to participate?
A: Beyond the usual kitchen setup, you’ll need a food scale to help measure your portions accurately. We also recommend a few key supplements to enhance your results: a daily vitamin, protein powder, superfoods powder and fish oils. While participation in the challenge is FREE, investing in these supplements will help you maximize your results!
Q: What’s the calorie breakdown in the program?
A: This challenge is intended to help you Slim Down for Summer, so you'll consume between 1,400-1,600 calories on average each day. During the first two weeks, carbs are under 80 grams, increasing to about 100 grams for the last four weeks, with protein consistently around 100 grams per day. Feel free to adjust your protein intake according to your specific goals.
Q: Will there be workouts included in this challenge?
A: Absolutely! Get ready to boost your fitness with three strength-based workouts per week, complete with video demonstrations. These are designed to fit easily into your schedule with no gym membership required!
Q: Will I need special equipment for the workouts?
A: Our workouts are designed for home settings with minimal equipment. No gym membership needed. You will need a set of dumbbells for our challenge workouts [10-20# for beginners, 15-25# for intermediate and 20-35# for advanced].
Q: I'm a busy mom with a hectic schedule. Will this challenge be manageable for me?
A: Absolutely! We’ve designed this challenge with your busy lifestyle in mind. The meal guides are straightforward, with quick and easy meals and workouts can be tailored to your busy schedule.
