Natalie’s story

What made you decide it was finally time to take action?

I watched on the sidelines of one of my best friends do this journey and was so impressed with her results and overall lifestyle shift. I knew I could not sit on the side anymore and I needed to do this for myself. Although doing things for myself does not come naturally and quite frankly I wasn’t sure I had the strength, mentality, and determination to kick ass like she had. I then knew I needed to challenge myself and prove to myself what I could do, especially with an upcoming wedding, I was ready to feel & look my best.

Why did you choose Kenzie Mosher Coaching?

Overall learning of everything that is resulting to what caused you to be where you are today. KMC wasn’t just another ‘diet or exercise program’, it was a lifestyle change for all aspects!

What were you struggling with BEFORE starting?

I struggled with so many things, I’m sure going into this Kenzie thought what a mess this girl is.. just to name a few: self image, body weight, confidence, energy, stability, roller coaster of emotions, horrible sleep patterns, inability to understand what my body needs, mental toughness and boundaries.

What changed for you DURING the program?

Awareness of all areas to see where things were going wrong and affecting me in more ways than I knew! Creating habits, routines, and consistency to see the best results in EVERYTHING.

What was your biggest challenge and how did you work through it?

Of course it’s freaking hard, everything about this journey, learning to say no, adjusting to others eating things you can’t, setting boundaries for yourself, maximizing the rest your body needs… but when you get past those things the other side is so much better!

What results have you experienced?

Loss of weight, inches, gained confidence, so much more knowledgeable about food choices and overall needs of my own body.

How do you feel NOW compared to before?

Stronger, mentally tougher, emotionally aware, and feel better about myself and image.

What was the most meaningful shift or win for you?

Proving to myself that I can do this and it is possible.

What would you say to the woman who is where you once were?

Girl, you can and you will. Do it for you!

Anything else you’d love to share about your experience?

Thanks to Kenzie for all the help in every aspect to get where I am through this journey!

Megan’s story

A year ago, I was at a point in my life where I was extremely busy and overly stressed. I have four kids, I was running a business, and somewhere along the way, I had unintentionally started putting myself last.

I have always been aware of healthy eating and have generally lived a healthy lifestyle, but having four kids so close in age and just being in the busyness of life caused taking care of myself to get pushed aside. After having our fourth baby, I was barely sleeping, I didn’t feel good in my clothes, and my confidence was really lacking. I was trying to eat healthier and move my body, and I genuinely thought I was doing the right things, but I knew I needed some help. More than anything, I wanted someone to take the guesswork out of nutrition for me.

I chose to work with Kenzie because I had personally seen someone else go through her program, and I was so encouraged by their experience. I also felt really motivated by Kenzie herself. She gave me practical tools to help me through the process, along with weekly check-ins that kept me accountable and on track.

There have definitely been moments throughout this past year when I doubted myself. Looking back, I actually see those moments as part of what made this journey so meaningful. I was able to work through those doubts, keep going, and get to the other side.

This journey has made me stronger not only physically, but mentally. For the first time in many years, I feel like I truly understand how to fuel my body for what it needs while still being able to enjoy the foods I want. I have more energy, I feel stronger, and I feel so much more confident in myself.

Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, Kenzie has been right there with information, guidance, or simply the encouragement I needed to keep going. I never felt like I was doing this alone.

My biggest accomplishment over this past year isn’t just a number or a physical change. It’s that I stuck with it for an entire year and created a lifestyle that actually feels attainable with my life. As a mom of four and a business owner, that means so much to me. This doesn’t feel like something I did for a season—it feels like a new way of taking care of myself.

I’m sharing my story and these pictures because I want to encourage anyone who might be on the fence or wondering if they need that extra push, accountability, or guidance to get their nutrition back on track. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a long-term commitment to yourself, your health, and how you want to feel.

I am so thankful I decided to take this step a year ago. I’ve already recommended Kenzie to so many people because I know what it feels like to be in that place—wanting to make a change but not knowing exactly how to get there.

If you’re reading this and wondering if you should do the same, I hope my story reminds you that you don’t have to have it all figured out before you start. Sometimes you just need the right person in your corner to help you get there.

I truly cannot recommend Kenzie enough. She has had such a positive impact on my overall health over this past year, and I’m so grateful I decided to finally put myself back on the list.

This is just the beginning for me, and I’m excited to see where the next year takes me. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow, get stronger, and keep prioritizing my health for myself and my family.

Jennifer’s story

What made you decide it was finally time to take action?

Realizing it was time to try something new and get an outside perspective. Turning 40 and deciding it was time to get serious about losing weight.

Why did you choose Kenzie Mosher Coaching?

A friend worked with her and had good results. The difference with her is she emphasized reducing stress instead of just working out more. She also stressed the importance of getting plenty of sleep.

What were you struggling with BEFORE starting?

Weight loss was the main problem. Counting macros just wasn’t cutting it. Also lacking energy and self esteem.

What changed for you DURING the program?

Mindset and awareness. I never would have thought about cutting out gluten and dairy from my diet. After doing that and seeing how much better I felt I was so happy.

What was your biggest challenge and how did you work through it?

Just sticking with the program when you have the days where your weight goes up a little. Can be a little frustrating. Then you stick with it and it all eventually pays off. Reminding yourself this is a slow process and doesn’t happen overnight.

What results have you experienced?

Weight loss- down 10lbs. More energy for the day and just overall feeling better.

How do you feel NOW compared to before?

So much better. Physical not as self conscious, mentally more aware of how food makes me feel, and emotionally happier.

What was the most meaningful shift or win for you?

I think making it through the first month where it was most strict. No caffeine for a month- showed me it was possible and mentally stronger than I would have thought.

What would you say to the woman who is where you once were?

Give it a shot. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Anything else you’d love to share about your experience?

So happy I decided to work with Kenzie. She was super supportive and helpful the entire way. She also made sure the whole process was manageable. She understands there needs to be a balance between having fun and making memories but also still working towards your goals. I enjoyed the entire process and plan to continue to follow her advice to continue my fitness journey.
