I run a functional health practice for women. Instead of piecing together a nutrition coach, a personal trainer, a lab company and a telehealth clinic, you get one plan: nutrition, training, lifestyle coaching, lab testing and access to prescription therapies when appropriate, through my medical provider network. One practitioner connecting all of it.
Women 35+ who are doing a lot of the “right” things but still struggle with weight loss resistance, hormone symptoms, gut issues, low energy or poor sleep... or just don’t feel like themselves anymore. If your labs came back “normal” but you still don’t feel normal, you’re in the right place.
Most of my clients start with a Lab Review + Strategy Session. My practice is labs-first, so we start with answers, not guesses. Choose the Lab Review that matches your main concern: weight loss, hormones or gut health. Not sure which fits? Take the 3-minute quiz.
No. Many of my clients come to me with symptoms they haven’t been able to make sense of yet. Functional testing, your health history, a symptom review and a look at your daily habits can help us spot patterns and figure out the right next steps.
No. My coaching is functional health coaching, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and I don’t prescribe medication. If your labs or symptoms point to something that needs a closer look, I’ll tell you and recommend you follow up with your doctor or another licensed provider. When prescription therapy may be appropriate, licensed providers in my medical provider network handle the evaluation and prescribing.
Yes. Coaching, Lab Reviews and support are all virtual, so I work with women nationwide. At-home test kits ship right to you and blood draws can be coordinated locally. When a prescription is part of your plan, it ships straight to your door, too. Availability varies by state.

I offer testing for metabolic health, hormones and gut health, including comprehensive blood panels, GI-MAP stool analysis, the DUTCH Hormone Panel [yes, it includes cortisol] and MRT food sensitivity testing. The right test depends on what we’re trying to understand. I don’t run every test on every person.
Yes. My Lab Review + Strategy Sessions are a stand-alone service. Testing, interpretation and your personalized recommendations are included, with no ongoing coaching commitment.
No. I coordinate the ordering process for the labs I offer, so you don’t have to figure out which test to order or navigate it alone.
It depends on the test. The GI-MAP and DUTCH Hormone Panel are collected at home. Blood work needs a blood draw, which can usually be done at one of our lab partners or a local draw site using the kit and orders I provide.
Once all of your results are in, I review them alongside your health history and symptoms and prepare your personalized Results + Recommendations Report. Then you’ll schedule your Strategy Session, where we walk through your results together and build a clear plan for what’s next.
Even when results fall within standard reference ranges, they can still show patterns affecting your hormones, metabolism, stress response and overall health. I look at every result through a functional lens, using optimal ranges when appropriate, alongside your symptoms, history and medications. “Normal” isn’t always optimal.
Sometimes there’s overlap, especially with blood work. Other functional tests look at areas that aren’t part of routine labs. I also look at how your markers relate to each other to spot patterns, instead of relying on one number in isolation.
Sometimes. It depends on the test, what we found and what we’re monitoring. I don’t retest just because a certain amount of time has passed if it won’t change what we do.

Most programs hand you a one-size-fits-all plan and send you on your way. I bring everything together in one place: functional lab testing, personalized nutrition with flexible macros, strength training, sleep + stress support and weekly coaching. When appropriate, Hormone Replacement Therapy [HRT], GLP-1s and peptides can be part of your plan too, with clinical oversight. No more piecing it together between a nutrition coach, a personal trainer, a lab company and a telehealth clinic. It’s all right here.
Weight loss resistance, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, fatigue, low energy, poor sleep, perimenopause symptoms, brain fog, anxiety, cravings, low libido and generally feeling “off” despite doing a lot of the right things.
It depends on your program. Coaching may include personalized nutrition, movement, sleep and stress strategies, supplement recommendations, regular 1:1 calls with me, accountability, Monday–Friday messaging, progress tracking and functional lab integration. For some clients, prescription therapies like HRT or GLP-1s may be part of the plan when appropriate, through my medical provider network.
You can, but most of my clients don’t. Labs give us objective data, so we know what your body needs instead of guessing. That’s why I recommend starting with a Lab Review + Strategy Session. If you’d rather start with coaching, email me at [email protected] and we can chat.
It depends on where you’re starting and what we’re working on. Some clients notice changes in energy, digestion, sleep or cravings within the first few weeks. Bigger goals like body composition, hormones and gut health take longer, which is why I offer 24-week programs. Individual results vary.
Every program wraps up with a Goal Review Session. We look at your progress, compare it to the goals you started with and decide together what’s next... whether that’s ongoing coaching, continuing a prescription therapy through the Medical Wellness Membership or maintaining on your own.

No. I run a private self-pay practice. That allows for more time, a more personalized strategy and access to testing and support that may not fit a traditional insurance model.
Yes, HSA/FSA cards are accepted for eligible services. Eligibility depends on your plan, so check with your plan administrator if you’re not sure.
Yes. Flexible pay-over-time options are available and I’ll walk you through them.
