An add-on,
not a shortcut.

peptides

Peptides can be a great add-on to the work you’re already doing. They’re not a shortcut around it. When your nutrition, training and sleep are in place and something still feels off, the right peptide may give your body extra support. They’re part of my practice, with clinical oversight, when appropriate.

Peptides might be a fit if...

You wake up sore from workouts you used to bounce back from overnight.

You’re lifting and hitting your protein... and still losing muscle tone.

You’re noticing the signs of aging faster than you’d like.

You sleep 8 hours and still wake up tired.

Your energy crashes by 2PM... and coffee isn’t cutting it anymore.

You’ve seen peptides all over social media and want to know what’s actually legit.

Peptides won’t replace the basics. But on top of them, the right one may be the support your body’s been missing.

So... what are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids [the building blocks of protein]. Your body already makes them. They act like messengers that tell your cells what to do. Some of those signals can slow down with age and stress. Prescription peptides are designed to support specific signals... so your body can get back to doing what it’s built to do.

What women use peptides for

Why do this with me?

You can find peptides all over the internet. What you can’t find there is someone who knows your body.

Clinical oversight.

A bigger plan.

Real support.

A licensed provider in my medical provider network reviews your intake and decides what’s appropriate for you.

I look at your nutrition, training, sleep and stress too, so peptides are one piece of your plan, not the whole thing.

I coordinate your orders and refills and answer your questions Monday–Friday. You’re never figuring it out alone.

Delivered to your door.

Tell me your goals and your state, since availability varies by state.

I’ll let you know what may fit your goals and what it costs if you’re approved. If a Lab Review makes more sense first, I’ll tell you that too.

If you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send you everything you need to begin, including your provider intake.

FAQs

Should I start with peptides or a Lab Review?

In most cases, I’ll recommend a Lab Review first. If you’re considering peptides, there’s usually something going on underneath [your hormones, gut or metabolism] that’s worth looking at first. Then we can add peptides where they make the most sense.

Can peptides replace eating well and working out?

No. Peptides work best on top of the basics: nutrition, training, sleep and stress. If those need work first, I’ll tell you that.

Do I need to be in a coaching program?

No. You can start peptides on their own through my Medical Wellness Membership. If you’re already in a coaching program, they can be added to your plan.

Are these “research peptides”?

No. Everything is prescribed by a licensed provider and filled by a pharmacy. No mystery vials.

Are peptides safe for me?

That’s exactly what the provider review is for. A licensed provider looks at your health history before anything is prescribed. I’m with you the whole way.

I’m already on peptides from somewhere else. Can I switch to you?

Yes, but prescriptions can’t be transferred in. You’ll start fresh with my provider intake so everything is reviewed and set up correctly.

Can I ask about a specific peptide?

Yes! Just add it to the interest form and I’ll let you know if it’s an option for you.

Do you take insurance?

No. KMC is a private self-pay practice.

I have another question.

Done scrolling? Let’s talk.

You can keep scrolling peptide posts and trying to figure out what’s legit. Or you can ask someone who’ll give it to you straight. Fill out the form below and I’ll take it from there.
